    I found it! In the registry, under: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer Change NoCommonGroups to 0

    Also the "open all users" option has disappeared from the Start Menu context menu.

    I have no idea what happened with this, but suddenly a bunch of my icons disappeared from the start menu and desktop. After a bit of investigation, I realized the files in "All Users" are no longer showing up. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks John
