I installed it and am very sad................... It broke Zone Alarm, just like Win2k SP1 did.................... But instead of it flubbing up like in 2K, this time it reboots the system, very bad........... 8) I checked the logs and always a few secends before the reboot theres a True Vecter error, then a fatal system error, again, very bad............. ;( And like a ding dong I didnt give option to remove it later, I just installed it, AND I shut off the system restore over the weekend cause I figured I wouldn't need it.................DOH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;(

I just installed XPee to give it a try and discovered it's purdy nice I was looking in the Task Manager and seen several instences of SVCHOST.EXE running, I took a screenie, maybe someone can tell me why as I dont rember seeing this in 2k. HERE

My uncle has said HP, he has the crappy POS restore cd that he doesn't want to use any more, we tryed to do a fresh install of win 2k pro and everything went fine until it restarted and the mouse pointer showed up but couldn't use it, after some finageling I got it to werk but after the next restart it went south again could this be a BIOS issue or is it there way of saying "Well, you want win 2k, buy a new machine and you will get it"????
