    Intel CS 110 USB webcam + Win2k?

Whenever I try to install it, it won't do a thing, it just gives "The data is invalid" and installs a blank USB imaging device. I have an Epox 8KHA motherboard that's using the VIA chipset for USB. I'm also using a AMD 1ghz Thunderbird and I have a Nvidia Geforce 2 GTS card, if that makes any difference at all. I'm assuming the driver is wrong or something in the registry is screwy, but Intel's new drivers won't work and neither does anything from Microsoft Update. I tried changing permissions on the registry keys in HKLM/CurrentControlSet . . ./USB so that everyone has full permissions to them, but Win2k just won't take this driver. Driver and camera work great under Win98. I'm going to flash the bios now and try to find some post-SP2 fixes for Win2k, but I'm out of ideas otherwise. Please help!
