Basically, You'll need to re-install Windows XP with a valid product key that SP1 recognizes as original, you can get it from ******...Thats the only workaround and it worked for me.... Hope this helps!!! /EDITED Sorry, had to remove the name of the prog.

hey man, thats a great idea about this health tracking site, but gimme break man, this is my first every project i've taken at hand here(i am only a student), i don't just need ideas, i need people to help me build it too....think anyone can do that...you know the idea of people around the globe never actually meeting and making a site that rocks, sounds very very intersting, not to mention the amount of knowledge sharing that could bring..anyways great idea, let me see how to go about it..in the mean time, if anyone is willing to help please respond in this forum or mail me at anusoni@myrealbox.com

Mine hardly ever crashes, crashes only when i overclock the processor, or the graphics card to the point that it can't handle the heat otherwise its a blooody excellent hardware and winxp is a bloody stable OS config: WINXP PRO with dual Boot windows 98(win 98 sucks!!! but still gotta keep it for compatibility with old progs), Celeron 850 Mhz, intel 440 BX 100 Mhz motherboard, Geforce 2 MX dual head AGP with 32 MB SDRAM, 384 MB Sdram on Motherboard, 10 GB HDD(I know this is less), 32x 10x 40x LG cd-rewriter, 8x Samsung DVD-ROM, Sony floppy drive, Cmedia 8738 4 Channel sound card, and 4 extra cooling fans. Oh yea the crappy dlink 56k internal software modem as well. waiting for cable to get started in my city....

Celeron 850 Mhz Intel 440Bx Chipset ATX Board Manufactured By Jetway ATX CAbinet 160 MB SDRAM 100 Mhz 5000 RPM Seagate 10 GB HDD Asus Geforce2 MX 2DV1 AGP with Dual Monitor Support and 32 MB RAM Cmedia 4 Channel Sound Card Samsung 8X DVD Drive Normal Sony Floppy Drive Samsung Samtron 15" Monitor Dlink 56K Internal Software Modem Network card though i don't use it since i don't have a network And Further More Cooling Enhanced By Placing Various Fans on Graphics card, motherboard chipset chip, and fans to regulate airflow SPEAKERS: I have attached a 300 Watts RMS amplifier to it, and attached big 4 surround speakers with one sub woofer. All in all..a full home theater also...and a nice music system.. ) Motherboard Supports Overclocking so will overclock when i get water cooling, Overclocked processor runs fine even at 1 GHZ lets see chow for now By the way my system runs 24 hrs a day 365 days an year, since its my primary music system also. and music is my life..lol Enjoy And I got Soldier of fortune and return to castle of wolfenstein both running at 1024*768 and run at 70 fps at 32 bits. it must be 40 pounds in england man, I am in India converts to 2800 bucks thats' the price i got my TNT2 M64 man, for Gforce I'd have to pay more than 5000 bucks, its expensive here man... I'd rather wait a few months, collect money, and then go for the Geforce 4 or advanced.. Suggest any else tweak I can apply to my TNT2 M64

i got the infinite loop bluescreen only when i overclocked my TNT2 from 125 to 179 Mhz and used its acceleration for 1/2 hour, but when i did it a bit less to 160 Mhz then its working fine..

I never found any frame improvements. Just stability got better.

It is a stupid shell over a dos based operating system. I mean, so unstable, how can people even work on it. Personally, They just messed up with programming, i mean so many memory conflicts....its a shame...
-
lol yea i know, but i had a bit of money collected and spent it all on a 1GHZ PIII and parallel port interlinking with my room's electric connections(i like really high tech stuff), and dad's not gonna give me any money for anything related to computers..

true true man, very true, the graphics in today's latest chips are just awesome, but you also need that much money, which am sorry to say, I don't have. so i'll wait another year with my TNT2 M64 then i'll upgrade to whatever is latest and hottest. write now, I am happy playing need for speed porcshe unleased in 640*480*32

hey man i have a TNT2 M64 Card ....very bad in acceleration though the graphics look good, its performance is poor as in less FPS, but it does run all the games you know, never quits, with the latest detonators ..even better.

Microsoft's Driver Lacks OpenGL Support Very useful for these kind of games, you have to use the driver from Nvidia's site or latest drivers from your graphic card's manufacturers site... Microsoft Driver Just dose'nt support OpenGL

Hey Man, Try Changing Your Monitor Driver to Plug And Play Monitor then try to get the resolution up.
