Can anyone help me - I'm trying to remove an antivirus program that was pre-installed with my new kit, and replace it with one of my own choice. But I can't do it through Add/Remove Programs!![/COL OR] Help!!

Its called 'Norman', and I'm sure its a good one, but I didn't order it & I want to replace it with Norton
