Message get on boot up: spoolsv.exe caused error
Message get when try to print: Before you can print, you need to install a printer.
Try to reinstall my printer and tells me that: printer installation can not continue due to lack of resources. The print subsystem is unavailable.
I have done a few searches on this and can only seem to find a couple suggestions to reinstall the OS. I have replaced my registry with a previous version before this just happened and that did not help. Files seem to point in proper direction there.
Well thought I would post this in here to see if any of you know what might be the proper action.
