I'm currently having a similar problem, probably not related but worth a shot. After rebooting the host computer stop and restart the ICS Service. Then try the connection from the client computers. The problem I am having is temporarily fixed by doing this (obviously until the next reboot). Dan

I found the link to correct the problem I mentioned a few minutes ago. Here it is... http://www.tweakxp.com/tweakxp/display.asp?id=108 This fix corrects the slow Outlook startup problem when you remove or prevent Messenger from running. Good Luck, let me know if this helps. -Dan

Have you disabled Messenger in your local computer policy (or anywhere else for that matter)? This will cause a slow Outlook Express startup. There was a way around it, but I forgot where . Maybe a tweaking site. Anyway, I just let messenger run without loggin in. Would be nice if someone knew the exact fix. -Dan
