The Worldcom incident doesn't surprise me at all. I think this is typicall of corporate America. A company hires a CEO to run the company. The company pays him lots of money and he or she gets huge stock bonuses. The CEO then gets together with the accountants and works out a plan to use trickery to fool people into thinking the company is doing better than it really is. When all is done and finished, the stock has risen, the CEO has sold off the stock for 100 million dollars, the company goes broke, and the employees get screwed out of thier jobs and paychecks. Enron, Worldcom, ...hmmm who will be next. HP? IBM? Cisco?

Brazil looks good because of their flashy offense, but they don't have a very good defense. I would love to see the hoodlum fans from England take home a World Cup.

About Dooku being surprised. He was in the presense of some of the break away nations from the republic. He has to sell the fact that he was surprised so he can still get support from these nations. If the nations found out that he had set them up, they would probably rejoin the republic and there would be no clone war and no need to continue using the cloned storm troopers. Darth Sidious needs the war to continue so he can gain more power and continue using the storm troopers. This is all just my opinion though. Anyways, I am confident that Lucas will answer all the questions in the final episode, III.

Spoiler I am surprised that nobody has mentioned the best scene of all, the biggest sub-plot of all. Spoiler You know, the scene when Anakin explains to Padame what he did after his mother's demise. George Lucas shows how truly evil Darth Vader is. An evil far and above anything imaginable. I think it was the best scene in the movie. Episodes IV,V, & VI never really showed how evil Darth Vader was. Those episodes made Darth Vader the Villian but not an evil that would kill women and children like Anakin did in his emotional rage. Wow, I can't wait to see what Anakin does in Episode III. Episode III should be the darkest and most evil film developed in the Star Wars series. Go Empire!!!!

I followed a similar plan for my upgrade. I wanted to keep my older SDRAM so I went with a PIII Tualatin. But, went with an ASUS TUSL2-C motherboard. Can't go wrong with intel chipsets. I haven't had any problems so far, rock solid.
