Hi all, This is a really Bizzare problem, but when I print somethingin colour to the colour printer, it prints in Black and white, I've gone to the printer settings and chosen colour, It still doesn't work It's a network printer, and other people can print the same stuff fine If I right click on a picture on a webpage and paste it into Word 97, it prints in colour fine ;( But if I add a clipart picture to word 97, it'll print it black and white Very confusing Thanks!! Hi All, I'm having a problem with NT Server 4 - Service Pack 6, When I try and install The Remote Access Service, I click "ADD" under network services, then I chose "Have Disk".. It says it can't find any oems.. I then type in the location such as i386 or winnt\system32 or even use the Windows CD, and it says it can't find anything!! Arrgh It's even more frustating because you can't download these files anywhere, Can anyone help? Thanks! Steve

Hi! Thanks for your help. I was using the 2 same kinds of mice, but when I tried it this morning it worked! Something must have been plugged in wrong! Wahey! Steve

Hi! I'm wondering if there is any way to make Windows NT not lose the mouse when I unplug the mouse from the back of the PC, I'm using a data transfer switch to have 2 mouse and keyboards for the one PC, but when I switch between, I lose the mouse... I need NT to think the mouse is still there, until I switch back... any Ideas? I tried installing plug and play support for NT but I had no luck Is this possible? Thanks!!
