I have experienced a problem with a few simple applications in NT, wherein the application or a component will only run with administrator privileges and not on a normal user account. Why is it that some simple applications (that do not have any security controls)and that should normally allow a user to run, will run only with an administrator ID? Is it possible to allow users to run these applications without giving them administrator rights? Thanks in advance.
