exactly how do you come to the conclusion that the graphics aren't that great? You just need a decent computer to play it good enough.

OK, so in theory, the Winmodem will work in XP? I absolutely could not get it to work in 2000. Neither could some of the techs at school, or one of the A+ certified techs that go around to all the local schools. Can you point me to some WinModem drivers for XP, not on driverguide?

A lot of times, CD's are too small for me. There are times when I need to put a bunch of crap on CD, and I hate having to use 2,3, or more CD's to do it. It's just a pain in the ***. And you're right, I should just go with a DVD instead of a 52x; I just need a second drive to burn CD's with.

Now, will XP or 2000 drivers work for it? I don't see why 2000 drivers wouldn't. This may work for you. Let us know, either way.

Yes, when I build mine, I'm actually going to use it to it's full potential. XP is great, because I will be able to have multiple logins going at the same time, all doing stuff. Here's what I hope to have: AMD XP 2100 Abit KX7-333R 512 Mb DDR Ram 120 Gb HD Probably Onboard Audio GeForce 4 Ti 4600 (Maybe an nForce ) CD-RW (Maybe DVD-RW) 52x CD-ROM Nice case with fans out the ***, a window, and lights. And that's it. I don't think that's going overboard. I will run an FTP off of it, among other things.

XP is supposed to use CD-RW drives like Hard drives, right? If so, then I have a problem.

Yes, as soon as I got connected the first thing I did was Windows update. I was trying to do it from the folders, and the options in them, but what you said is right.

There are very very few similarities between SoF II and SoF I. I am disappointed in it though, stealth missions suck. I cannot stand them, except in MGS. as for the AI, it's too good. you can lay down in the grass, 100 yards away, and they still blow the hell out of you. Or, they stand far away, and throw grenades. Disapointing game, really.

You can't get any higher than 30 FPS in it, no matter how nice your PC is. It is a very bad port from the PS2.
