running kazaa lite already...thanks for the speedy responses though.

not doing anything intensive, and it happens randomly, sometimes while surfing others when idle. also there is a temp file from Kazaa that has attached itself to my drive and i cannot delete it. it says that the file is in use but this is with kazaa closed (along with every other program on the computer). this problem is recent. the explorer problem has been for over a month now. it totally locks up and i have to kill and restart it to operate the system. amd-1.533ghz-256ram-dual hard drives.
