I have service pack. is it possible to install directx in nt4 ? where can i download them ?

Hi, i'm trying to install Theme Hospital in Win NT4. During installation i get the error message: Theme hospital requires at least windows 95 or Windows NT 4 or above. I'm using NT !!! But installation STOPS!!! Why ? In this site is reported to be winNT compatible... many thanks
