    Get AIDA32 Enterprise Edition 3.88 from http://www.aida32.hu/download/aida32ee_388.exe Install and run it and a report will be produced showing you the details of your hardware and software.

    USB 2 cards generally require that the drivers are installed first, shut down and then install the card. When you boot up, Windows should find the card and install the drivers. If you have followed above procedure and still have problems, then I would wait for someone else to come along with a possible solution.
