I've got the exact same problem at the same screen. Just freezes up on me. I run Windows XP Professional (No Service Pack) P4 2.66 Ghz GF4 MX 440 64 MB DDR 512 RAM DirectX 8.1 Weird thing is, I remember being able to get the game started one time. Then i uninstalled and reinstalled recently and now it just freezes at the same spot everytime. Guess I'm out of luck unless Capcom or whatever decides to address the issue (yeah right) =\
