yeah i tried that my onboard sound is set as master, i think, how do i make my SB Live master ;(

My SB Live wont work hands down ;( its driving me nuts :x :x i need help :x

you sure it will work? is sound disabled by deafult? im on redhat just now and i get sound, but want to go back to mandrake and get sound :x :x :x :x :x :x

Thats EXACTLY what i was getting :x So I switched to Redhat 9 8) Go to Mandrake Control Center > Hardware > HardDrake > SB Live! then click run config ( or similar ) Should launch a window and it should be set at Audigy driver where you want Emu10k1 :x

Hi there I have Mandrake Linux 9.1 and it is nice I got WineX3 to play windows games like Half-Life on Linux BUT i got 4FPS :x Got told i need to install nVIDIA 3d drivers, but i dont know how to do that, or where they are And my Soundblaster Live! Player 1024 needs drivers i think as i dont hear sound Thanks for any help! PS: i need a guide on how to compile downloads as well ;( See msnm button \/

I cant get sound on my Mandrake 9.1 I am windows user that switched to Redhat 9 ( got sound ) then went to Mandrake 9.1 I have a SoundBlaster Live! :x
