Good Day to all. I have a similar problem with my ScanJet 4200 on 2000. I downloaded the parser from Adobe's website, and checked the MS knowledgebase, and still no luck. I think it's because Photoshop Deluxe 3.0 doesn't work on 2000, nor have I found any working patches. Personally I'm ready to go back to 98 because the compatability issues I'm having with 2000 are starting to really annoy me. Are you using PhotoShop, if so which version and is it working 100%?
