helow, is there a shortcut or windows trick in converting lower case words to UPPERCASE WORDS? if i already typed the words and i want it converted to uppercase. how shall i do it?

i have a 40Gbytes harddisk drive. But why is it not 40Gbytes but insted it only shows 38.79Gbytes? where are the rest? My hardisk is new and there are no files yet inside.

hi, my norton ani virus always detecs a virus everytime i surf the internet, its somewhat like a backdoor virus or something, t once found norton would just delete i, but everytime i surf the net it always detects one. The virus is found on temporary folders or something. Is the virus permamenly residing on my pc now or did the anti virus totaly removed it?

i got a problem with my windows98. it doesnt continue loading the operating system and would display the following message: ----------------------------------- while initializing device VKD: Windows protection error. You need to restart your computer. press any key to continue... -------------------------------- what's wrong with my OS? during boot i am presented with options either to boot normally, safe mode, comand prompt, etc.. but all of them would end up with the message above.

hi, wen i tried to run gpresult /v it had a line there that the GPO i created was filtered thats why it was never implemented. Only the Domain Controller policy was implemented. what should i do so that the GPO i created will not be filtered out?

i have a question on storage devices which includes hard disk drives, flash rives, mmc, etc... when i bought a multimedia card (mmc), it says on the label that it is 512MB. but when i inserted it on my phone & tried to see its size it only read 489.7MB. Where did the 22.3MB go?????? this goes to other storage device as well.

helow I hav a SoftV90 Voice Speakerphone Modem wen i boot to linux. kudzu detected it. then i got on the linux environment and tried to configure the internet using kppp it had an error saying that /dev/modem was not found. i dont know f my modem is a winmodem or a linmodem and i dnt know wat tty it is. My modem is a pci type and my linux is fedora core 4. tnx
