I am setting up a new terminal server running Windows 2003. I dont want our users to have the outlook express icon on the start > programs bar. Can someone tell me how to get rid of it ? I have looked in group policy and even tried deleteing the shortcut from the all users folder but it still keeps coming back. Many thanks Glen.

Finally figured this one out :- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{44BBA840-CC51-11CF-AAFA-00AA00B6015C} Delete the stubpath key

Thanks for the quick reply. I also need to remove the icon for the address book located at start > programs > accessories. I have searched the web but cant find many sites for 2003 yet :-( Glen.
