I managed to get it to work. Here's how you do it: what you have to do, is run the winsniff app using win2k compatibility mode. Problem is, the setup won't run cause it requires win9x. So what you have to do is run the setup in Win95 compatibility mode, then, when the setup screen with the rocket jockey image in the middle shows up, you have to switch to explorer, navigate to the temp setup directory (somewhere in windows/temp I believe, just look up the winsniff.exe file) and set winsniff.exe to run in windows 2000 compatibility mode! Then just switch back to setup and install the game. Tadaaah!
