Raize

I'm not really sure which forum this goes in, sorry. When I go to the Command Prompt and type, for example, 'net send alex Hey there' it says "The service name is invalid". I think Net Send has been disabled somehow. Is there a way to re-enable it? Any help would be appreciated.
