If you have the Intel 82810E gfx chipset, there is a list of compatible games at:

You can create a simple Boot disk from within Windows 2000/XP via My Computer, right click Floppy A: 3.5" and select Format and the option to 'Create an MS-DOS startup disk' which is what you require.

Which folder? Most help files are in C:\Windows\help but would be considered as system files, you may have to shutdown Help and Support service before removing them...
-
Run MSCONFIG, click on Expand File.. button, insert XP CD, type
MSVCRT.DLL, restore from (CD Drive),
Save file in (C:\Windows\System32).

Do you mean Windows Domain or Email domain?
You can easily change the Windows Domain name in Windows 2003 using tools provided. E-mail means a lot of changes and will mean a lot of disruption for the company before it'll work...

What graphics card do you have?
Have you updated the drivers to take advantage of DX9 features?
-
Assuming you are using Windows XP, open the Sounds and Audio Devices control panel. Click on Advanced in the Speaker Settings and select '5.1 surround sound speakers' from pull down menu.

To B3nni3 sm4ll5,
No your Intel gfx chip is hopeless for 3D games, you need to buy a faster (>£100) graphics card for your PC. Upgrading drivers will not improve a poor chip. You will need at least a 4x AGP card or a PCI graphics card.
Check out the list of cards posted on this Sims thread for an idea of type of card to get.

I suggest downloading 3D Mark 04 or 05 and test the speed of your gfx card from http://www.futuremark.com/download/.
Then you might have a better idea whats its capable of.

Is the lid down? Does the light source move up/down scanner?
Is there anything on the scanner glass top?
If under warranty take it back to shop otherwise get a new one...

1. Boot from a Win 98 floppy (www.bootdisk.com)
2. Run FDISK
3. Delete all Non-Dos partitions (this will delete, OS, programs and any data)
4. Create a new Primary DOS Partition
5. Reboot and format new partition
6. Run setup from 98 CD to install windows 98.

Somes notes on this here:
http://www.ati.com/support/infobase/4227.html
Try searching www.driverguide.com for Radeon drivers otherwise use 2000/XP drivers instead.
-

Looks like your graphics card is at the very bottom of the range. You need a new graphics card to play heavy 3d games such as Sims 2. This also applies to the savage S3 (S4 may be a lot better).

Are those nvidea drivers signed or not?
Have the latest drivers is no guarantee of bug free use?
If they are unsigned then remove them and use latest SIGNED drivers.

According to this thread, its incompatible with XP, I'd replace it:

Its a Trojan Dialer program.
See this thread on removing it:

What graphics card do you have? See DEvice Manager. On board graphics cards and most laptops will not be DX 9/Sims2 compatible.
-
What make and model of card do you have? Drivers vary from card to card.

In the TCPIP properties of the new server, you need to set up a static IP address and the DNS to point to the Active Directory DNS server to be able to join to it.
