Hi, I have a PSC 1210. It worked fine under Mandrake 9.1, after downloading and installing HPIJS 1.5 and HPOJ from internet. I had just a little problem because i didn't have libusb installed on my system, but after libusb installation printing and scanning were perfect.
But...
In Mandrake 10, my PSC 1210 was found by the installer. When I tried to print a page, the printer went crazy: it continued to feed paper, and the only way to stop it was turning off its power! My USB cable has a blue LED, that lights on when data is flowing; well, it was always on !!
It seems this is a known problem, and maybe a kernel issue.
What do you think ?
