    What about on Windows 2000? Can I fake a program requiring XP into thinking it is running under XP? I thought 2000 and XP were virtually the same?

    I've got adobe premiere 7 for XP and am trying to run it on Windows 2000. The setup program dissallows me from installing the XP version on win2k, how can I get around this?
