Ok, Just recently, like a few minutes ago. My aim gets stuck on "Starting Services" and I let it try. It just stops. I restart, and reinstalled it too. Nothing changed it. Help?

Ok, I figured out my computer obviously didnt have a virus from the other post.. So I went ahead to see if its the router, so I just hooked mine up directly to the cable box, and It ran fine, no disconnecting problems or anything. But so I unpluged all computers but mine from the router and tried that too, worked fine.. Pluged my sisters in. And I had the problem again.. Problem : Dissconnection from the internet.. Anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks, Sonny

Were should I start.. Ok.. My computer just restarts out of no were when I minimize programs.. And a few friends said it could be a virus, and I scanned and nothing showed up.. And recently for 2 weeks, my internet keeps kicking me off.. Went to go check if its done it to any other computer and it hasnt, so If any one knows how to fix that or had simular problems help me! I have a brand new HP, and It didnt come with a restore disk, or windows xp, arnt they suspose to come with one? I want to wipe my computer, but I dont know how.. Help with that too please.
