    hello! I know this thread has been idle for almost a year. I just found this site while googling. I solved the exact same problem with the movie by disabling the Windows Compatability thing... or I changed it back to WinXP. I forgot which one... but the Windows Compatibility thing set to Win98/ME didn't allow the video to work for me either.
