where do i get the programs

Im having trouble with my linksys wireless pci card on windows xp the pci cards set up fine my aim and aol works but i cannot go on any site on aol. i cant use internet explorer because it comes up with cannot find sever but my internet is working. so i have to use my documents to open a url but everytime i click on a link it comes up with i explorer and cannot find sever and it getting really anoyying ive tried everything to fix it. please if any can help please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
