Hello Guys, with XP pro, I updated from office 2000 to 2004 and from NIS 2003 to 2004. After this, the processes related to ANV (ccapp.exe) consumed 99% of the CPU time and system very slow. No email protection with NAV. uninstalled NIS and installed MCAffee, which gives a " memory could not be "read" ". Installed A2, updated, nothing found. Spyboot does not find anything. What's wrong???? Thanks for help....
