I have the same problem accept the fact that i have no operating system installed its when im installing Win-XP Home or Pro that i get this message, so its not that logitech mouse solution or any other that i have come accross yet

I have this same problem accept its when i dont have an operating on the computer, so are there any suggestions that you can give to me. I have tried looking for irq option in my bios and they are non-existant, this computer is a compaq, if that changes anything. Thanks
