    CAN'T PLAY MUSIC!!

    I went to play music and this came up. "Bad DirectSound driver. Please install proper drivers or select another device in configuration. Error Code : 88780078" Can someone please tell me what to do? I tried going to Compaq.com, but I can't find my compaq computer number anywhere.... how do I download a new driver to fix my sound? PLEASE help!!!!
