    hrm can someone help me with this.. a friend of mine recently had xp home edition installed then they upgraded to pro now when ever they go into log in screen and put in their pw to log in it says loadign their stuff and then the computer crashes on them and reboots

    err.. i got a friend...n she recently had.. xp home edition then upgraded to pro... and now when she gets into log in screen puts in pass and the thing says loading her profiles bt then it restarts.. suggestions?
