    Formatting C:/ without messing D:/ ?

    OK, I've dual boot with Win 98SE in C:/ and Win XP in D:/ I want to format my C:/ partition(FAT32) without messing up with my Win XP files and D:/ partition(NTFS). After that I want to install Win Me on C:/ Can any1 gimme a hand?? Thanks in advance.
