I figured that as soon as i install patch version 2.0.0.0 for EE, the game crashes on loading with a typical BSOD. Only with/without patch 1.0.4, the game runs properly, BUT then i cannot play online . I have bought this game many years ago but because of microsoft up[censored] windows xp all the time the game no longer works with patch v2. I even did a clean reinstall of winXP a few days ago (not because of this problem tho ). Does anyone have the game working with patch v2?? If so is there anything i can try? Here are my system specs:
WinXP SP1 (SP2 sucks )
P4 2.8GHz HT
512MB DDR 400MHZ
ATI Saffire 9600XT 128MB
Maxtor hdd 120GB
