I guess what I meant is that if they have normal user rights their profile doesn't load, if I give them higher rights their profile loads.

Okay we have a department that was using roaming profiles without a problem. Their machines came up on lease return so we rolled out the new boxes (XP) to them. All of them went flawlessly except three users who profile will not load unless they are an admin on their box. Any ideas?
