    http://www.ionetworks.com/support/drivers/nt40/ip4n4255.exe But there's much more, either ip4n4270 which is brand new or i4usb270.exe which is a newer version of Dell's R62200.exe, the ip4n4255.exe being just a subset of it. Enjoy!
