Hi, I have exactly the same problem with one of my pc's . But if i take my dvd writer out an place it into my other pc , it all workds fine. Must admit I am finding this very confusing as both PC are running winxp with both service pack upgrades. And both are running the versions of burning software etc. I've ben hunting around and it looks like there are loads of people having these problems with a number of different drives . But no solutions If anyone can help I would be very happy .
