This is for the few of you who left school to early for your own good. Rotary Engines Felix Wankel a German scientist first developed the rotary engine. His version wasn't very efficient but as per anything in this day and age people always try to improve stuff. The japanese version of this motor is in no way connnected to america in any way, so don't try and claim credit where it ain't due......do your homework before you post rubbish.....
