    Chaos gate will not install on 2k Pro

    I am trying to install Chaos Gate but it wont work,The autorun will come up but when I try to install it I get this error. C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows apllications.Choose close to terminate the application. I have never gotten this error with any program up to today. I just did a check,And it seems that file doesnt even exist.
