    I had a friend reload everything into my computer after a nasty virus attack disabled it. I'm running windows xp and have a hp psc 2175v printer/scanner/copier. I can print, but I am unable to scan. When I double click the hp director icon, I get an "internet explorer script error" the error is "library not registered". I'm a real novice at this. Anyone have an EASY ideas? Everything worked fine before the virus attack.
