It's an old Topic but i'll answer anyway. I tried the driver and app in the hp2_3k1 + h2p_3k2 packages form the sigma ftp server. ftp://ftp.sigmadesigns.com/HollywoodPlus/ Works fine with Win2k and OfficeXP. Hope i could help!
