I figured out the problem. Download the Ace MEga Codecs Pack. It's totally free. While installing it, do the custom install, then go through every codec and only select the audio codecs, not the video or any utility crap. If u download every video codec your game won't open, so don't dl the video codecs unless u know you neeed one of them. Thenn the sound effects will work even though it still says not supported. FX is actually the sound effects.
