Um, I have a question. What exactly does MB and MHz mean?

OK, so I'm like everyone else. I bought this today for my birthday and I downloaded DirectX but it wouldn't work. So I downloaded ServoPro (Which is REALLY helpful) and it says I have 127 MB (I need 256 MB). My Graphics Card is not supported by Maxis (it is by Microsoft Corp.), and I have 599MHz (I need 800MHz). How can I upgrade each of these things so the game works?
