This is driving me insane.
I don't consider myself a newbie PC userand im usually able to solve most issues, but this has me totally stuffed.
GET THIS!!
So im playing MYST 4, then for no apparent reason. A crash!. I reboot, except now i find my audio driver's are F*CKED UP, not only are they F*CKED up, there is now a F**CKING "NEWTEK VIDEO TOASTER AUDIO DRIVER installed?" now WHY the F*CK has some F*CKING Audio driver's from a company or a program I HAVE NEVER USED!, are suddenly on my PC, i have no-idea!.
Moreover, i do have a ADSL connection, which is run 24/7 however i have a firewall running,updated virus def's,SP 2 latast DX9.0c e.t.c e.t.c, EG: my pc get's well groomed.
*SIGH*
NOW i have TRYED EVERYTHING, to remove the F*CKER
A.Device manager: I select REMOVE, it COMES BACK!, it's listed in with "Legacy audio drivers" WHICH ALSO WONT F*CKING REMOVE!
B. System Restore : Nothing changed
C. Manually deleted ALL key's in the registy
D. Tryed re-install AUDIGY 2 Drivers : WONT ALLOW ME, tells me "NO Audigy 2 card found" !!
I can't play ANY audio, i get the "Bad Direct Sound 808010 Error"
EACH time i boot up, the Win Volume control is VIDEO TOASTER MIXER ( I MEAN WHAT THE F*CK ?!?!?)
Only possible anwser i can come to is some F*CKING F*ckstical has managed to SOMEHOW screw my beloved PC over:(
Went to the NEWTEK website, USELESS BUNCH of F*Ckers!!, no E-MAIL contact or LIVE support, I MEAN WHY AM I EVEN HAVING TO GO TO THERE SITE< i DONT BLOODY USE NEWTEK PROGRAMS, NONE OF THEM.
Anyways, sorry about this outburst , but ive been at it for 6 hours now....
