Sorry I hit the wrong button this is not solved...........I still need help if someone can help.

I have a program Scanwizard5 on my PC, it is software for the Microtek 4800 scanner. I am the only user that it loads and works properly for. I was told I need to grant rights/privileges to all other users on the PC. I am told this can be done by issuing rights to the System32 & Scanwizard5 folders. How do I do that, how do I issues rights to those folders? Thanks in advance
