  1. I upgraded to Windows XP on my IBM ThinkPad 600X from Windows 2000. It recognized my Xircom 10/100 network card instantly and auto configured. All was great... till I rebooted. When I rebooted, I got no link light and no network connectivity at all! I checked the network settings and the card showed that it was working properly and TCP/IP was configured properly. MOST of the time when I reboot it will not work, but sometimes its it will. I've found that if I boot the system without the card and plug the card in when the system is fully booted it will work. But can anyone tell me why it wont work 100% of the time when plugged in before I boot? I checked the System Event Viewer log and I get an error that says "adapter interrupts not functioning properly". But, I checked the IRQ and the card is not conflicting with anything else. Please help!!!
