I've seen this problem several times, always on home built systems, and I've corrected by replacing the power supply with higher-end unit. I recommend Antec True550. The latest hardware, especially video cards, have a high current draw, causes voltage fluctuations, and will BSOD or randomly reboot your machine at random intervals. Don't rule out other issues, such as excessive CPU heat, or poorly timed or defective memory.
