Disgustipated

Hi, I'm new, and honestly just looking for what is probably a simple answer to my problem. I just got an ATI TV Wonder Pro, which works fine for what I want to use it for, outside of one problem. When I capture a still image the picture is covered with a bright red tint that was not visible otherwise. I don't know why it is there or what I can do to make it go away, but any help would be appreciated.
