OK, so I too am getting the same DirectX 9.0c message that everyone else is getting. I have tried just about everything that everyone has said to do. I can't get TS2 to work. I am dying to play this.
Here are the specs for my computer:

Do I have the right specs? I would almost rather hear that I don't and that I'm not a complete idiot when it comes to installing this game. If I do have the right specs how do I fix this problem short of throwing my computer out of a window and buying a new one?
