There is a windows update for this NIC. it is optonal so you will have to go to microsoft update to get it.

GPU was an upgrade. 9250 =£24 I not in a position where I can justify £80+ just for garphics. maybe I will be able to update it in the future. could have got a Geforce FX5200 for roughly the same price but vendor had this. It does what I want well (MOHAA + TV).

Well it has been a while. I have 31 referals (thanks), but none with completed offers (Took 4 weeks for mine to be confurmed). Still no spam. Havn't lost anything, but i still think it was worth a try. bought a new computer anyway (see profile). still wouldn't mind an area 51 though, looks like if they are ever goinig to send me one it won't be soon.

I have it set up like this:- But activeX control won't run in microsoft or windows update (but office update does). [Error number: 0x80072EE7] Works ok with proxy disabled.

UseSetBrowserto change defult browser settings. Just tryed setting up a defult proxy. worked but you can not do a microsoft update.

Is your computer set up for high speed internet? If not (or you dont know) download tcp optimizer to configer it correctly.

Not just you. after reading you post I decided to give it a try and it is calculating my RAM incorrectly.

A virus (or malware) that shuts down the computer? Don't see how that would be any use to anyone. As you can't get into windows (even in safe mode) my best advice is to boot from disc and repair installation.
