    Hi! Well... i have this trouble... when i turn off my computer and i Windows log on into my account, the desktop open right, BUT just the 50% of the applications run at that moment, ( Norton (in "deactivate mode") Skype, AIM and Volume Tray) and after... 30 seconds, MSN & Incredimail run, and in that moment, i can start using all the features (ISP, My PC, My Documents, etcetc) i'm gonna post the hardware devices... PLEASE HELP ME!
